Since 1997, Lingerie Mart has proudly served as a leading distributor and retailer of lingerie and intimate apparel. From our Atlanta, Georgia location, we’ve shipped thousands of orders across the U.S. and around the world. We offer one of the largest selections of name-brand lingerie available anywhere—always at deeply discounted prices. Whether you’re buying for yourself, your store, or your boutique, we are your direct access to wholesale prices. There is a $100.00 minimum order required for all online wholesale website purchases.

Purchasing and Account Setup

Shopping wholesale at LingerieMart.com is simple. You can purchase any quantity directly online or in person at our Atlanta warehouse. For wholesale pricing, the online purchase minimal must be at least $100.00, while in-store wholesale warehouse purchases must be at least $200.00 with a minimal of 2 per SKU.  There are no shipping charges or taxes for wholesale warehouse purchases when you take the merchandise with you. We do not require a business license to purchase wholesale.

If you’re a new customer, please register by selecting “Register” at the top of any page. Once you create your account, you can view and edit your information, check order status, and see past purchases.

All prices shown on our website reflect wholesale pricing, and do not represent retail walk-in pricing. For certain styles, prices may represent an assorted mix of sizes or colors as noted in each product description.

 Image Use Policy

Q: Can I use the images on the site for my business?
A: Yes. Lingerie Mart images may be used solely to promote or sell Lingerie Mart products. Use of these images to promote other businesses, brands, or adult sites is strictly prohibited.

Our images and product description copy are intended exclusively for the marketing and sale of Lingerie Mart merchandise. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Shipping Information

We strive to process and ship all orders within 2-7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). 
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and destination. All orders ship UPS or USPS.  

• Domestic Orders (USA): UPS or USPS Ground shipping only.

• International Orders: We ship worldwide and provide all customs documentation. International shipping rates are based on carrier costs and will be billed prior to shipment.

All orders ship FOB from our warehouse in Alpharetta, Georgia, USA.
UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes—those orders will be shipped via USPS.
Any refused, undeliverable, or returned packages will be credited as store credit, less shipping costs.

Payment Options

All orders must be paid in full before shipping. We accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB

• PayPal: sales@lingeriemart.com

• All transactions are securely processed via encrypted servers. Orders using another person’s payment method may require additional verification and authorization from all parties.

Inventory and Substitutions

Our inventory updates daily. If a style becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may substitute a similar or higher-value item of the same brand and style type to ensure quick processing. If substitutions are not preferred, please indicate that in your order notes.

Reseller Return Policy

All wholesale sales on this site are final. We do not sell on anticipation of sales or consignment. 

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges once products have been shipped. The only exception is for a defective item. * Please note every product we sell is brand new, 1st quality direct from the factory. 

If you do receive a defective item, please contact sales@lingeriemart.com within 5 days of receipt for return authorization before sending anything back.

Approved defective item returns must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

• Include our emailed return authorization and follow the provided instructions.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be returned at the reseller’s expense.

Special Requests

Please email us special requests to sales@lingeriemart.com. You may include size, color, or style requests in the order notes during checkout. While we’ll do our best to accommodate them, specific assortments depend on available stock.

We strive for accuracy in all listings, but occasional typographical or pricing errors may occur. All prices are subject to change without notice.
